Order Processing

• All knives ship from our New Jersey warehouse.

• Orders placed before 12 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday – Friday, leave the warehouse the same business day.

• Custom engraving adds up to two business days.

• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

2. Domestic Delivery Only

• We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

• International and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

3. Shipping Options and Costs

*Delivery windows begin after the package leaves our warehouse. Severe weather or carrier disruptions can extend transit times.

4. Tracking

A shipment confirmation email with a clickable tracking link is sent as soon as the label is created. Tracking activity may take up to 24 hours to appear.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Inspect your order on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

• If tracking shows “Delivered” and the package is missing, contact us within five days so we can open a claim with the carrier.

• Replacements or refunds are issued after the claim is approved.

6. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the original shipping cost. To reship, place a new order with the correct address.

7. Preorders and Backorders

Your payment method is charged at checkout to reserve inventory. Estimated ship dates appear on the product page and in your confirmation email. If dates shift by more than seven days, we will notify you and offer a full refund on request.

8. Holiday Volume

During peak periods such as Black Friday and year-end holidays, processing can require one extra business day. Expedited services remain prioritized.
